1. Reporting Center
Where all aspects of your IBA Account are managed!
The IBA Reporting Center is a state-of-the art, web-based, transaction management and reporting software, developed by PaySystems. Some of the highlights of this tool include: real-time reporting, transaction status views, uploads of files and sales management. The Reporting Center is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

2. Inventory controls
With the Reporting Center, you can obtain up-to-the-minute inventory reports. You can also set-up the Reporting Center so that it notifies you of depleting inventory.

3. Shipping
Book and Host simplifies the shipping process!
Shipping costs can be entered per product or pound, so the shipping cost is automatically added to the price of the product.

4. Marketing Tools
Our customer management tools allow you to maintain extensive and comprehensive data on your entire customer base. Locate a customer by name, telephone number, e-mail address, order number and other order specific information.

You can even send broadcast e-mails to your customer database through your Control Panel.

5. Fraud Management and Loss Prevention
With the IBA account, Book and Host handles both refunds and chargebacks.
In the case of a refund, your customer requests a reimbursement directly from you, the merchant or by contacting Book and Host. However, in the case of a chargeback, your client will request a reimbursement from his/her credit card issuing bank.

Book and Host works vigilantly to help reduce chargebacks and protect your loss prevention, through proprietary software, database cross-referencing, merchant information sessions and direct customer queries.

6. Settlement
Merchants have a choice of being settled by check, wire or ACH deposit.
Merchants are paid once a week, as opposed to monthly with most processors.
Our settlement period runs from Sunday midnight to Sunday midnight. All settled orders processed during that week are paid out to the merchant on the following Thursday. Once a period is closed, all orders that were saved in the settled orders section of the main page of the Reporting Center will be cleared. They are then archived in your account statements.

For all questions, ranging from transaction information to technical issues or simply for feedback, merchants benefit from toll-free telephone service, as well as e-mail and live chat features directly through the Reporting Center.

8. Third-party Applications
The IBA account includes a sales management system: the Reporting Center, as well as a shopping cart but it also offers the flexibility of integrating with any third-party system. Book and Host  has designed the IBA account to be as convenient as possible, allowing merchants to use any tools and management systems they like.

9. Security
Book and Host servers have a 128 bit encryption level, the same level as leading banks and financial institutions. Book and Host also provides each merchant with a secure gateway access through a SSL server.
